Mel has been with Mutual Fire Insurance Company of French Township since 1990. He specializes in Agribusiness exposures and Personal Lines. He has been actively involved with the family farm operation his entire life and knows the risks and concerns of the farm community. He also writes umbrella’s, commercial and auto insurance through Grinnell Mutual Insurance Company. He has been involved with the Mutual Insurance Companies Association of Indiana for several years as a board member and is currently the treasurer of the association. Mel and his wife, Sharon, have lived in the Monroe areas their entire lives and have three children, Audra, Matt and Melanie.
